ABOUT METRO-TEX FOUNDATION

Metro-Tex Foundation, Inc. Specializes in drilled piers and drainage corrections. While most companies have chosen the route of pressed pilings (either steel pipe of concrete cylinders ), Metro-Tex has focused on refining the techniques required to install drilled piers correctly. Our motivation has never been about maximizing profit margins. We decided early on that if we took care of our customers, team members and referral sources, the bottom line would take care of itself.

Because we were established as a strictly referral contractor, treating customers with the utmost respect has always been very important to us, we work very hard to maintain our reputation, and continue to earn the business of our customers for life. We believe in providing our customers with all the facts, helping them understand foundation related problems, and giving them the tools to make the best decision possible. We believe in admitting when we are wrong, and being held accountable for our actions.

Steve Sutherland is the owner and operator of Metro-Tex Foundation, Inc. He has over 25 years experience in the foundation repair industry. In that time Steve has personally supervised over 5,000 projects.

As the owner, Steve has met the challenge to grow a business in a highly volatile and competitive marketplace.

With attention to detail and customer service, He prides himself on professional, quality service to the client.

A real estate investor himself, Steve has the unique perspective of keeping a budget in mind without compromising the quality of work. His insight and experience has helped other investors create impressive portfolios, fix and flip properties, and manage other contractors.
